Recent still life classwork for digital markers class, this time with a new approach - we're given a grayscale reference, and we have to think up the colours to fill it in ourselves.
I got bored with traditional colours, so I decided to mix some purple into the shadows (who says you can't?), and overall, the effect turned out pleasant (aside from the water done as an effect, the rest including the reflection and wood texture is wholly marker-brushed. YEAH! )
